• Size guide:

Our designs are true to Australian sizing. We offer sizes 6-16 in hopes to extend our size range as our brand grows.

Please note different fabrics have varying stretch. 

• PRE ORDERS:

Pre orders take 4-6 weeks to be dispatched. Please look at the estimated dispatch date for each product. As a slow fashion brand, we thoughtfully create each piece with care, focusing on quality and sustainability. We truly appreciate your patience and thank you for supporting mindful production.

Please remember if you have chosen express post your package will be dispatched via express post, after the preorder time frame. 

• Delivery: 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Australia for all orders over $300. We use both Australia post and Sendle. 

Orders within Australia can expect the following rates:

* Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12 for all orders under $300.

* Express shipping is a flat rate of $20 for all orders.

* All orders over $300 within Australia will receive free standard shipping.

• For standard shipping, please allow 4-6 working days to receive your delivery within Australia (AFTER DISPATCH)
• For express shipping, please allow 2-4 working days to receive your delivery within Australia (AFTER DISPATCH).

For international shipping the following applies:

* Standard shipping flat rate of $30 for all orders

* For standard international shipping, please allow up to 15 working days from purchase.

*  Postal fee does not include possible taxes and duties, which will be charged to the receiver upon delivery. BY JANA is unable to provide additional information in relation to your local taxes, it is best you contact your local customs office for further information.
