Our designs are true to Australian sizing. We offer sizes 6-18 in hopes to extend our size range as our brand grows.

• PRE ORDERS:

Pre orders take 3-6 weeks to be dispatched. As a slow fashion brand each piece is carefully crafted with quality in mind. Thank you for your understanding. 

Please remember if you have chosen express post your package will be dispatched via express post, after the preorder time frame. 

• Delivery: 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Australia for all orders over $300.

Orders within Australia can expect the following rates:

* Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12 for all orders under $300.

* Express shipping is a flat rate of $15 for all orders.

* All orders over $300 within Australia will receive free standard shipping.

• For standard shipping, please allow 4-6 working days to receive your delivery within Australia (AFTER DISPATCH)
• For express shipping, please allow 2-4 working days to receive your delivery within Australia (AFTER DISPATCH).

For international shipping the following applies:

* Standard shipping flat rate of $30 for all orders

* For standard international shipping, please allow up to 15 working days from purchase.

*  Postal fee does not include possible taxes and duties, which will be charged to the receiver upon delivery. BY JANA is unable to provide additional information in relation to your local taxes, it is best you contact your local customs office for further information.
